On the official album, there is a slight change at 1:08. In the single version, they sing straight through with a sharp transition, while on the official album, there is a break for the playing of a sound.
ReplyDeleteWell spotted! There's something like a finger cymbal or triangle that plays a single note at 1:08 just before the vocal restarts. Jan - the cymbal sound is on the karaoke version too, but is absent from the single download version (and the official video too). That means the versions on the official & karaoke albums will be very slightly longer than the 'single' version. It remains to be seen which version they'll include on the vinyl single!

DeleteSo the pink vinyl single has the 'original' download version (ie without the finger cymbal chime at 1:08). The b-side is labelled as an 'instrumental' (but is, in fact, a karaoke) of the same version, and is therefore unique to this release (since the official karaoke download does have the finger cymbal chime).
